DISHA DARSHAN IV 

The Progressive Veterinary Doctors' Association successfully organised Disha Darshan IV, a leadership development programme, from 15th to 17th August 2025 at Krish Garden Resort, Jhargram, Paschim Medinipur. The programme was designed to enhance leadership qualities, strengthen professional values, and foster unity among young veterinary professionals.

One of the key highlights of the event was the interactive session conducted by Mr. Mrinal Chakraborty, Mental Toughness Coach, whose deliberations on resilience, focus, and mental strength were greatly appreciated by the participants. His session provided valuable insights for developing a positive mindset essential for professional and organisational growth.

Disha Darshan IV stands as another milestone in the Association’s continuous effort to nurture capable and visionary  future leaders for the profession.
